заметил, что у меня каждый месяц со счета в банке снимается 1.5 евро, оказалось, что это подписка стандарт на Ace stream.я зашел на свой аккаунт, и увидел, что намечена следующая оплата 29.04. как в настройках отменить подписку, чтобы больше не снимались деньги? ---

Зависит от подписки - ежемесячная автоматически обновляется раз в месяц, ежегодная - раз в год. В целом же, если пользователь “забыл” или “не знает” какая у него подписка - пишем на “[support@acestream.net](mailto:support@acestream.net)”. ---

Quiero dar de baja mi suscripcion stándard de acestream. No puedo dar de baja en Google pay porque la suscripcion está hecha fuera de Google Pay con tarjeta de crédito y no aparece en Google Pay. Quisiera que me mandasen un enlace donde darme de baja la cuenta y no renovar automáticamente con otro cargo a la tarjeta ---

Go to [https://m.acestream.net/](https://m.acestream.net/) and log in there. 1. Select “Upgrade”, then select desired plan and try “Visa/MC” or “Interkassa” payment method. 2. If both methods failed, then return to main screen and select “Topup”, there more ways to pay - you can try to pay via GPay or via cryptocurrency. 3. Return to main screen - upon a successful balance top-up you should see your current balance. Select “Upgrade”, then select desired plan and use “Pay with balance” payment method. You always should manually cancel previous subscription prior to subscribing to the new one - if you already have a subscription to “Standard” plan, then new subscription to “Premium” plan do not cancel old one automatically. If you want to check your subscriptions status or cancel it, then you should send request to support ([support@acestream.net](mailto:support@acestream.net)) in case of LiqPay subscription or you can check it yourself in case of Google Play subscription - [Cancel, pause, or change a subscription on Google Play - Android - Google Play Help](https://support.google.com/googleplay/answer/7018481?co=GENIE.Platform%3DAndroid&oco=1) ---

I just bought a month’s premium subscription, but i got charged twice by Liquipay. Tried to email support, but got bounced. ---

If your Ace Stream account has same e-mail as used on forum, then there only one LiqPay payment was successful. If you have troubles with Proton mail, then you may try other mail providers to reach support - gmail or hotmail works fine so far. ---

Thanks - i checked my credit card statement again and one of the LiqPay entries had been removed. All sorted and i’ll use a different email if i need to contact CS in future. ---
